Introduction
At Pearl Enterprises, we specialize in OEM & Private Label manufacturing of Sports Team Kits, Casual, Fashion, and Fight Wear for brands, Clubs, federations, and distributors worldwide.
Our structured sampling program ensures every product is fully developed, tested, and approved before bulk production.
Why Sampling Is Important
Sampling allows both parties to:
- Confirm product design
- Verify materials & construction
- Approve fit and sizing
- Test performance
- Validate branding placement
- Review packaging
- Finalize bulk specifications
No production starts without written sample approval.
What We Need to Start Sampling
To begin development, clients must provide:

A complete tech pack includes:

- Measurement points
- Size chart
- Fabric composition & GSM
- Stitching details
- Panel layout

If a tech pack is unavailable, clients may submit:
- High-resolution photos
- Close-ups of seams and trims
- Fabric texture

- Branding examples
Pearl Enterprises will develop the product based on references, but final accuracy depends on information quality.
