Meal Break Policy
It is the policy of Pearl Enterprises to provide the meal/prayer break with the consent of workers. The timing is as follows:
From Saturday to Thursday, 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm
For Friday, 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm
Note: Sunday is a rest day

Non-Discrimination Policy
It is the policy that Pearl Enterprises shall not discriminate in recruitment and employment practices. Overtime Policy
It is the policy of Pearl Enterprises not to force any worker to do overtime. If the company requires the workers to do overtime, then the company shall get the consent of the workers prior. Overtime hours and payment shall be made as per labor law and workplace standard guidelines.
